Joining our Rewards Program is easy! If you already have an account with us, you’re already signed up for our Rewards. If you don't, simply create an account on 7-OH Factory and that's it! No further action is required.
There are many ways to earn reward points! Here's a list of the easiest ways to earn:
- Earn 500 points for creating an account.
- Earn 2,500 points for referring friends who spend more than $50 on their first purchase, and an extra 2,500 points for every 5 people referred.
- Earn 10 points for every $1 spent at our store.
- Earn 100 points for leaving a review (maximum 2 every 30 days).
Simply log into your membership account and review a product you've purchased to earn 100 rewards points. Thats it! Your points will be automatically added to your account.
Please note that you will only receive points for reviews made on products you have purchased while logged into your account. You may only earn points for 2 reviews per month.
You can redeem your points on gift cards and other products. You can redeem rewards for as little as 2,500 points, or save up and get greater rewards for a larger amount of points.
Yes, rewards points expire after 18 months.
Rewards points appear on your Rewards dashboard immediately after the redeeming action is completed.
It's simple! Once the person you referred signs up using your link and spends over $50 on a purchase, you'll get 2,500 reward points.
When you go to your Account and click the Rewards page, you'll find a block that allows you to enter a friend's email. Once you type that email and click Invite, they'll get an email inviting them to create an account on 7-OH Factory. From there, all your friend needs to do is create their account and spend at least $50 on a purchase. (Must not live in same household) Once your friend has completed these steps, you'll get an email letting you know you've accumulated 2,500 points!
No. Once points have been redeemed for a reward, those points cannot be refunded to a member's account. All redeemed rewards are final.
